Our Leasing Experts are the closing talent you have only dreamed about leasing-up your property. They possess a pure sales personality profile and have a proven sales track record which is enhanced with our formalized training. Each Leasing Expert is highly skilled in leasing and marketing techniques. As a result, their talent and diligence will energize your staff.

We ask the client to continue the advertising efforts in place prior to our arrival. However, SALES, Inc. will make marketing recommendations after an initial market survey has been conducted. At that point, we follow our client's budget requirements.

Usually half the time it takes to do it yourself!  Our Leasing Experts typically lease apartments one and one half to three times faster than you were experiencing before our arrival.

Our clients provide a good-faith retainer of $5000 which is then applied to the final invoice. Clients are billed twice monthly for expenses which include coach airfare and compact car rental.
